In their daily work, riders often face the problem of unstable networks, especially when performing battery swapping operations. Network lag can cause the swapping process to take too long, significantly impacting delivery efficiency.
To address this issue, HEXUP's battery swapping system has specially designed various swapping modes to ensure that riders can complete the battery swapping process smoothly in any environment.
The standard swapping mode is suitable when the network is stable, allowing riders to quickly complete the swapping operation and continue their work. However, when the network is unstable or lagging, riders can choose offline swapping or Bluetooth swapping modes. These modes do not rely on network conditions, ensuring the swapping process is unaffected by the network. Bluetooth swapping mode enables the swapping operation via Bluetooth connection, eliminating the need for a network and providing riders with a more convenient way to swap batteries.
In addition, HEXUP's intelligent battery swapping SAAS system has meticulously considered the impact of riders' height and physical differences on the swapping operation. In actual swapping scenarios, some shorter or physically weaker riders often face difficulties when dealing with high battery compartments.
To solve this problem, the system offers a "select compartment swapping" mode. Operators can flexibly choose whether to enable this feature on the merchant end. Once activated, riders can enjoy a more personalized service during the swapping process: when scanning to swap, they can select an empty battery compartment to return the battery and simultaneously choose a compartment that is more suitable for their swapping operation to pick up a new battery.
